Open Box items can be returned if they are damaged, defective, or not the items you ordered. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving items you wish to return. To start a return, contact us at [email protected] or (866) 445-9674. Once we determine items are eligible to be returned, we will provide you with instructions for completing the return. Items sent back to us without receiving return approval first cannot be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with your refund information. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
